Job Description for a Delivery Business Analyst

1. Elicits requirements from the customer and converts them into user stories and product requirements
2. Works as a part of the project team and act as a bridge between the customer and the Terafina technology team by elaborating the client requirement
3. Liaises between the client and internal stakeholders to validate, analyze and document the requirements in the form of user stories
4. Participates and lead discovery activities with the customer to lay down the requirements
5. Participates in the functional design and solutioning
6. Works closely with the QA team to create test scenarios and review the test cases
7. Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology
8. Participates in the sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews both internally and with the customer
9. Open to travel to customer site for requirements gathering and implementation activities like UAT


Experience & Skills Required

1. 5 to 8 years of experience in the role as a business analyst and eliciting requirements and documenting processes
2. Experience in implementing digital solutions would be an advantage
3. Familiar with Agile methodology
4. Experience in digital banking is desirable. Any experience in customer onboarding would be a plus
5. Knowledge and experience of Salesforce would be an added advantage
6. Knowledge of core systems and Loan origination system like FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Lending 360 etc. would be a plus
7. Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
8. Any certifications like Certified Business Analysis Profession etc. would be desirable but is not a prerequisite
