As Terafina’s client base continues to expand, Terafina is seeking an ambitious, driven business analyst who will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business by supporting client expansion efforts. We do this through strong post-sale customer engagement including development of customized goals, detailed tracking of key performance indicators and regular assessments of their sales and process performance relative to peer institutions.
This ideal candidate will directly support the Head of Product and Customer Success by:
Creating and maintaining a client database containing background on each institution including financial performance, relevant financial and strategic news, key competition, and product sales performance using Terafina.
Performing Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to estimate the business return for clients by using the full capability of the Terafina platform.
Preparing and compiling quarterly client assessments and commentary.
Supporting client goal setting sessions and compiling assumptions for further business analysis.
Interacting directly with clients to clarify and capture essential data to support financial analyses as well as to respond to questions about Terafina sourced reporting metrics.
Performing cross-client portfolio analyses.
Supporting CEO and leadership team in generating client performance metrics, as required.
Success in the role will be based, in part, on Terafina’s success in deepening our ongoing engagement with our clients through meaningful analytic insights and recommendations that help identify opportunities to more fully leverage the Terafina platform’s capabilities to realize their institutions’ goals.
