Terafina is looking to fill a Marketing Manager role to increase market awareness and outreach, and generate new high quality leads that translate into new customers. As a growing young company, this is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the Director of Marketing and learn in a fast paced and fun environment.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to work independently and a demonstrated track record to deliver high quality results. This individual should be super organized, show initiative, and work well in a team environment that is easily adaptable to change.

Market research and competitive analysis - what are others doing to get their message out - how can we be better at Terafina?
Help research and draft press releases and blogs as well as content for case studies and white papers for review
Quarterly highlights and newsletters (develop and manage using Constant Contact for distribution etc. - content creation and distribution)
Other/misc - help with anything else that comes up
Manage lead generation efforts (ie. partner, internal, external, website) to ensure proper response time as well as follow-up related inquiries
Streamline processes to mature outreach efforts and increase high quality touchpoints to existing, new and prospective clients
Salesforce: Review, update and manage target segments and distribution lists (streamline constant contact lists with internal google drive lists to ensure information is accurate, current and easily accessible and understandable)
Vendor relationships: research new trends in leveraging key vendor relationships and how best to partner
Work with and manage contract web developer/content manager to:
Update website frequently to feature latest messaging and story evolution, newest announcements with client partnerships, and featuring Terafina events and highlights throughout the year
Review website traffic, SEO, google Ads, google analytics to improve outreach efforts and leverage Zoho membership
Create better reporting mechanisms for utilizing chat bot functions and identifying visitors to site
Update and enhance offerings on website to better tell Terafina story and messaging
Work with developer to add video testimonials of key client partnerships to showcase Terafina relationship
Work with developer to add video features of Terafina leadership to educate target audience on how Terafina works and operates together to exceed its client expectations
EVENT PLANNING & EXECUTION
Oversee all aspects of live and virtual tradeshow process for 4-6 tradeshows(including application, demo, speaking, pre during and post outreach efforts)
Manage planning and execution of happy hours and podcasts related to specific tradeshows
Identify potentialspeaking/panel engagements for senior level staff
Developthought leader series (virtual) dinner to highlight compelling industry topic that features key client change agents and promoters of Terafina solution (opportunity for current clients to learn from one another as well as share stories with potential prospects)
Look for awards and recognition opportunities for Terafina in fintech space and other applicable areas
Identify regional shows and executive roundtable opportunities for Terafina exposure
CLIENT, ADVISOR, STAFF RECOGNITION & APPRECIATION
Continue to feature thought leaders through client showcases (ie. video testimonials, interviews; printed articles) to demonstrate power of Terafina solution
Help create new client (video/podcast) testimonials to feature on website
Assist in producing client acquisition / client success press releases
Help in creating features on internal employee expertise to showcase product and industry expertise and experience
Client recognition: curate personalized and appropriate gift ideas for clients; partners; internal employees etc.
Plan, execute and manage client, partner, staff, and advisor appreciation ideas (monthly features; thank you gifts for participation in Terafina sponsored events ie. podcasts, webinars, thought leader dinners)
Identify and execute the most effective social media tactics to raise Terafina’s visibility as a (thought) leader in Omnichannel Sales. (linkedin & twitter)
Produceshort articles on key topics related to Terafina initiatives (ie. unification of branch and digital channels) that can be promoted on LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels
Identify other creative avenues to increase brand outreach and awareness
Continue to refine target audience outreach through research and analysis on latest industry trends
Conduct research for case studies, whitepapers, blogs and help develop preliminary drafts for review
Help create podcast, webinar, video and written content to increase brand awareness and reach (feature client partners; internal staff; other ways to showcase product enhancements)
Create compelling visuals to best tell Terafina story (ie. infographics, one-to-two page overviews, ads)
Bachelors in Marketing/Communications (Masters preferred but not required)
5-7 years of experience
Required: Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred: Project management experience
Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite (ie. Photoshop, InDesign)
Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce and Constant Contact
Bonus: Familiarity with Meltwater platform
May require travel post Covid
Remote position (ideally based in ET time zone)
